The match was a true test of skill, strength, and strategy, with both teams fighting for bragging rights and supremacy in the league.

First Half
The game got off to a fiery start, with both teams exchanging blows and showcasing their attacking prowess. The first points of the game only came in the 31st minute, through the boot of Donovan Julius, for Progress.
Almost immediately after that, fullback, Amelio Abrahams, broke through the Buffies defense with a trademark burst of speed, setting up Christopher Sweeney for a try that was converted by Julius.
Second Half
The second half saw Buffies take control of the game, with their backline producing a series of dazzling moves that left the Progress defense grasping at air. Sherman Kleinhans broke through the opposition line with a stunning run, offloading to Ronaldo Jonkers the 12 centre, who unfortunately couldn’t finish under the sticks.
Playing under a penalty advantage Buffaloes RFC continued to press, with the Buffaloes pack who responded strongly, winning a crucial scrum and driving the ball over the opponent’s line, where prop Winslow Abrahams dotted down for a try.

In the end, Progress RFC emerged victorious, with a final score of 13-10. The win was a testament to the team’s determination and skill, and it will undoubtedly give them a significant boost of confidence as they look to continue their winning streak in the league.
