Exciting market set to take place on Wednesday June 28.

Winter holidays can seem long, cold and bleak if you do not have something to look forward to, right!?

No need to panic or drive to the big city for entertainment. The small town of Ladismith in the Klein Karoo will be hosting its second Ladismith Youth Market on Wednesday as part of Youth Month celebrations.

Last year’s market exceeded all expectations and the excitement is building ahead of the big day.

Inspirational Youth Products

Even though the vendors are 19 years old and younger, the quality and variety of products that will be on sale will appeal to all ages and tastes.

Whatever you are looking for in a great craft and food market-we are positive that you will find something here: Unique gifts and décor, such as rope baskets and place mats, high quality natural skincare and soaps, kitchen and cheese boards, recycled firelighters, bird feeders, seedlings, crocheted stuffed animals, bath balls, hair scrunchies, botanical and wildlife greeting cards, secondhand clothing, secondhand books, wooden and other toys, play-dough and much more.

Food-wise you can look forward to steaming hot flapjacks, an assortment of home-made biscuits (think brownies, oats crunchies, s’mores, fudge, millionare’s shortbread etc), yogurt breads, jams, honey bush tea, honey, twisted breads, nuts, basil pesto, fresh produce, freshly squeezed orange juice, ginger beer, pomegranate juice, hot chocolate etc.

Top it all off with some fresh coffee-choose cappuccino or americano-served by one of our young entrepreneurs.

Come and spoil yourself or family members with truly unique gifts and products at great prices this winter holiday.

The event will be held at the Ladismith Dutch Reformed church hall in Queen Street.
